We are searching for a Customer Services Representative to join our St. Louis Location.  Work in a corporate office environment, within Direct Bill Department.Support field staff and work with other corporate departments.

Bill and collect for revenue generated from Direct Bill Department to assure DSO’s, gross cash recovery, and accounts receivable percentages remain in target goal.

Essential Functions:
  • Process and handle billing questions from patients, guarantors and field staff
  • Handle claims corrections and insurance appeals
  • Process all paper claims – primary, secondary and tertiary
  • Process incoming correspondence
  • Process refunds
  • Work aging in assigned AR buckets
  • Work Medicare claims in Medicare system
  • Handle ADR requests from assigned Agencies
  • Handle special projects as assigned
  • Other related duties as assigned

  • Billing software
  • CPT and ICD-10 coding
  • Excel and Word
  • Medicare's DDE system


  • High School degree
  • 2+ years of medical billing experience
