Referral/Intake Coordinator - Full Time Santa Cruz, California
Communicate and demonstrate a professional image/attitude for patients, families, clients, coworkers and others.
- Adhere to policies and practices of client hospital and Kindred Healthcare.
- Facilitate patient referral process.
- Provide general clerical support for the program.
Participate in program quality management activities.
Participate in survey preparation activities.
Participate in program safety activities.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare/medical setting including patient scheduling, research, and office support.
Requires strong telephone and customer service experience, as well as computer and current technology competence. Bilingual skills are required.
