IRF/PAI Assistant / Rehabilitation Technician - Full-TimePocatello, Idaho
Will provide clerical support and carrying out activities as directed by the Program Director in a professional and ethical manner. Shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, and problem solving. Will be accountable for carrying out all responsibilities in accordance with Kindred CORE values.
Will also perform Rehabilitation Technician role in a team where you will provide quality, compassionate care in a secure setting. Provides patient care support under the direction of a licensed therapist. Help mentally and/or physically impaired patients to participate in tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance their performance.
QualificationsThe incumbent shall, at a minimum, possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Secretarial experience, the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, strong interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary. Computer and current technology competence.
