NPORT is seeking professional, reliable and compassionate therapy professionals dedicated to the provision of high quality patient care that adheres to federal and state regulations, and Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications:

NYS Registration License

NYC DOE Fingerprints

Essential Functions

· Provide individual and/or group treatment to a variety of students, based on IEP goals and objectives, to help them access the academic curriculum.

· Maintain mandated documentation of treatment and progress in daily session notes and attendance records in SESIS

· Establish short- and long-term goals according to an individualized patient treatment plan (IEP)

· Update goals and record progress quarterly in IEP

· Participate in IEP development and attend IEP meetings

· Complete Progress Reports and/or other documentation as required by individual school

· Collaborate with teachers and other related service providers to ensure goals are carried over into the classroom

· Maintain communication with parents
