Summary Statement:

NPORT is seeking professional, reliable and compassionate therapy professionals dedicated to the provision of high quality patient care that adheres to federal and state regulations, and Joint Commission standards.


Qualifications:

- NYS Registration License

- CPR/BLS preferred

- EMP experience preferred

- At least one year of SLP experience preferred


Essential Functions:

- Patient Evaluations and Assessments

- Implementation of Plan of Care

- Provides clinically appropriate therapeutic interventions

- Coordinates treatment with other disciplines

- Documentation reflects skilled service delivery and medical necessity

- EMR experience preferred
