Senior AccountantLouisville, Kentucky
We are recruiting a Senior Accountant to join our Behavioral Health Division in Louisville, KY.
Responsible for overseeing month end closing in accordance with general accepted accounting principles and the Company’s accounting policies. The Senior Accountant will exercise independent judgement and must demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills. Duties include analyzing and reconciling accounts, reviewing revenue reports, preparing financial statements, and analyzing profit and loss statements. Assists finance leader with special projects and ad hoc reports, and provides support for information requested by other departments. The Senior Accountant serves as a liaison between the finance leader and other business departments to resolve issues with financials. Job duties also include all other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Expectations:
- Must read, write and speak fluent English.
- Must have good and regular attendance.
- Approximate percent of time required to travel: 10%
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 2+ years accounting experience, preferrably in a healthcare setting. Systems experience in Kronos, SAP, and Business Warehouse preferred.
