Job Summary:

Supports the recruitment efforts of the Hospital Division Talent Acquistioin team, particularly focusing on the managing the onboarding environment.


Essential Functions: (Those functions that the individual who holds the position must be able to perform unaided or with the assistance of reasonable accommodation).

  • Provides guidance to recruiting team on onboarding processes and procedures

  • Serve’s as escalation resource regarding onboarding process/procedure issues

  • Prepares information necessary to escalate, address and prioritize onboarding

    process/procedure issues
  • Utilizes system generated reports to ensure tasks are completed prior to new hire start date

    and/or within regulatory guidelines
  • Escalates and communicates hiring issues to the appropriate level.

  • Educates recruiting team on background check process changes

  • Ensures overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of complex and cross-functional

    project oriented work efforts.
  • Develops and maintains processes for reporting
  • Conducts Field level training for facility based employees   

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:   

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify problems and develop solutions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.



Qualifications

  • High school diploma.  Some college preferred
  • 2 years customer service and/or telephone sales experience
  • Adheres to dress code, appearance is neat and clean and wears appropriate identification while on duty.
  • Completes annual health, safety, and education requirements.  Maintains professional growth and development.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all patient and/or employee information to assure patient and/or employee rights are protected.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and the skills necessary to provide age appropriate care to the patient population served.
  • Reports to work on time as scheduled; adheres to policies regarding notification of absence.
  • Attends all mandatory in-services and staff meetings.
  • Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.
  • Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.
  • Communicates the mission, ethics, and goals of the hospital, as well as the focus statement of the department.
  • Maintains current licensure/certification for position, if applicable.
  • Consistently demonstrates Guest Relation’s skills to patients, physicians, visitors, employees, and any other individuals with whom they may come in contact.
  • Consistently follows departmental and hospital Health, Safety, Security, Hazardous Materials policies and procedures.
