KHRS HRS Quality Manager
Reports to: Division VP of Quality and Clinical Operations; daily oversight by Regional Director of Quality
Summary:
Provides ongoing support and guidance for assigned program directors, clinicians and program leadership. Responsible for quality and compliance with Federal, State and Local regulatory and Kindred requirements related to quality of care provision, clinical/medical record documentation integrity, key performance indicators (KPI) oversight and monitoring processes and appeals management oversight.
QualificationsEducation
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, OT or PT.
- CRRN required for nursing
Licenses/Certification
- Licensed by or eligible for licensure in respective home state.
Experience
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in inpatient rehabilitation. Preferred experience with live presentations and facility quality improvement program development.
Candidates must live in drivable range for the three Community ARUs.
