We are recruiting for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join ScionHealth. This position will be considered for remote work.

Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented and self-starting Marketing Automation Specialist! This role is responsible for the strategy, management and deployment of the company’s email marketing initiatives and other digital marketing programs. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing a strategy that will deliver on the growth of ScionHealth’[s online marketing programs.

The position is responsible for ascertaining requirements from business owners and clients and incorporating those requirements into marketing automation Best Practices and campaigns. The manager will gather input from competitive analysis, industry trends, market research and internal stakeholders to successfully implement marketing automation strategies.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the overall Email Marketing / Marketing Automation Strategy of ScionHealth’s hospitals and physician practices
  • Oversee the creative and technical development of email campaigns, workflow, deployment schedule, approvals, communication, ROI tracking and reporting of all CRM campaigns.
  • Measure the performance of current email marketing/CRM efforts, and identify and develop opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Oversee A/B testing with goal of continuously improving email marketing initiatives (ie, personalization, call to action, email layout, etc.).
  • Responsible for directing projects and timelines
  • SME of Marketing (or comparable solution) and system integration into sales tool
  • Manage day to day relationship with outside vendors used in deployment of CRM campaigns
  • Align Marketing Automation Campaigns to overall integrated marketing strategy
  • Work with Legal, Compliance and Security to ensure all sites are within HIPAA, US CAN-SPAM and Compliance standards
  • Develop detailed roadmaps, project milestones and timelines, and effectively track and report progress to Senior Leadership
  • Provide input and oversee the development of Email Marketing and Digital Marketing Best Practices
  • Support other key marketing initiatives, involving strategy, formulating objectives, scoping work efforts, creating alignment and steering digital projects to completion
  • Work collaboratively across business units, including Web Team and Marketing Leaders
  • Work in collaboration with Division and Corporate Teams to develop effective programs that are integrated with current web technologies, programs and platforms
  • Provide consultations, strategy development and present performance metrics to key business owners / stakeholders across business units, including but not limited to Marketing VP, Marketing Directors and Division VPs
  • Determine key performance metrics and approve all final reports
  • Work directly with Marketing Directors and Marketing VPs to continuously improve marketing campaigns and to ensure they are aligned with enterprise service line strategy
  • Evaluate technology vendors and CRM platforms

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Direct experience with online advertising/media, direct marketing, websites and e-mail campaigns, including knowledge of mass media communication and dissemination, advertising and marketing trends is desired
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment; effectively managing multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • A curiosity for digging into outcomes/performance and drive to improve tactics and processes
  • A data-forward thinker who can intake figures/results, glean insights and implement next steps
  • Coordinated planning/project planning skills; experience in taking projects from concept to completion
  • High degree of organization and follow through
  • Expertise in building relationships and networking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required as well as the ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Prior healthcare marketing experience
  • Approximate percent of time required to travel: 5%

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Experience:

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Expereince in Healthcare is preferred
