We are recruiting for a Manager, Online Reputation to join our Marketing and Communications Team in Louisville, Kentucky.
Kindred Healthcare is seeking a Manager, Online Reputation to support the Enterprise in monitoring and maintaining online sentiment and online profile accuracy, working to safeguard Kindred Healthcare’s reputation across the internet through results-driven online reputation management strategies.
The Manager, Online Reputation will collaborate with division marketing teams and the enterprise social media team. This position will be responsible for the execution of the existing reputation program with a commitment for listening, adjusting and communicating with customers. This individual must be able to work independently and with a team. The ideal candidate will have social media/online reputation management experience and superior communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Louisville, Kentucky.
Monitor and respond to online reviews, including negative review tracking and follow up
- Manage enterprise business listings
Manage and update Online Reputation Management (ORM) resource library
Manage the day-to-day maintenance of the reputation-monitoring program, in conjunction with a third-party vendor. This includes adding/removing users, location updates, trouble-shooting issues, etc.
Work with the Director of Online Reputation to address any issues with review sites or Reputation.com
Provide field ORM team members with ongoing support
- Manage program reporting on a monthly basis
Participate in crisis communication “event” calls
Have an understanding of search engine behavior, social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews
Be quick, flexible, and capable to adjust with digital landscape
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to balance, multi–task and prioritize requests and still meet deadlines.
Understanding of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Knowledge of privacy and copyright laws
·Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications required
·Reputation.com Certified a plus
·5+ years of experience with a recent focus on social media and online community management
Depending on a candidate's qualifications, this position may be filled at a different level.
