We are recruiting for a Clinical Financial Analyst to join our Hospital Division Finance team in Louisville, Kentucky.  Remote work would be considered for the right candidate.


This position will play a critical support role to Clinical Operations with reporting, dashboards, and detailed analysis, with a target of improving the value proposition of internal and external clinical services.

Essential Functions:

  • Detailed analytics related to expense reduction plans, and tracking progress of those plans and other value creation programs.
  • Assist with month-end close procedures, hospital scorecards and value creation initiatives related to clinical and ancillary services
  • Assist in various functions related to hospital bed assets, such as inventory reconciliations, rental reviews and detailed reporting.
  • Building and maintaining standardized reports and dashboards in multiple applications, with a focus on clinical categories.
  • Analyze operational and financial results and advise internal stakeholders.
  • Matrixed work, coordinating with the Managed Care and Business Development teams to help prepare outward facing presentations
  • Work on special projects, as needed.


  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
  • Knowledge of dashboard visualization tools and concepts is a plus.
  • Accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting knowledge.
  • Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of clinical operations and services is a plus, but not required
  • Approximate percent of time required to travel:   10% (0-100%)



  • Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field


  • 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience, healthcare setting a plus.
