The Program Director provides training and development opportunities to their staff. They work with the facility to develop programs that will benefit the patients and assure long term result from their therapy.

This position is based at River Garden Hebrew Home for Aged, a five star not-for-profit mission-driven facility with a long history of excellence in senior care. This position has become available because the incumbent manager has been promoted. RehabCare has worked with River Garden for the last seven years. This is an exceptional career opportunity for a high quality professional to work with Northeast Florida’s leading skilled provider of post-acute and long term care.


The incumbent is responsible for leading an outstanding therapy team providing inpatient/outpatient therapy services including assessment as applicable, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the discipline's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. The incumbent is responsible for program development, quality improvement, problem solving, community education, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. Qualified candidates must have Physical Therapist licensure or an Occupational Therapist licensure with at least one year of SNF management experience.











 A track record of successful management experience and successful patient care experience is preferred. Experience working with a geriatric disabled population is desirable. Provision of own transportation is necessary.
