Community Rehabilitation Hospital South is a 44-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital on the south side of Indianapolis, a patient-focused, specialized rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced a loss of function due to an injury or illness such as brain and spinal cord injury, stroke, burns, amputation and multiple trauma.

Job Summary:The House Supervisor functions under the direction and supervision of the Chief Clinical Officer and assumes responsibility for the Nursing Department. The House Supervisor in collaboration with the CCO, Clinical Nurse Leader and leadership team assists to implement, interpret and assure compliance with policies and procedures including regulatory and accreditation standards. The HS directly supervises the RNs, LPNs and CNAs(PST) and is the leader in charge when administration is out of the building. The HS is responsible for implementing hospital goals and objectives based on budget parameters. The HS reinforces the mission and vision of the hospital in all interactions.

Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. BSN Preferred.
Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
CPR/BCLS certification. We are using ACLS at this time
CRRN Certification preferred
Minimum 2 years of nurse supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
