We are recruiting a Manager, Strategic Business Development to join our Kindred Rehabilitation Services Division. This is a work from home position that requires high travel. There are currently two (2) positions available.
Summary: This person will be responsible for supporting all sales activities in assigned territory, including lead generation, relationship cultivation, presentation materials, financial pro formas, market analysis and maintenance, managing the quality of the opportunity, completing due diligence and internal requirements, sales presentations, and initial legal document development for the DVP of Strategic Business Development’s region. This position will collaborate closely with operations, finance, market research and legal during entire sales cycle. Relies on individual motivation, integrity, judgment and positive attitude to accomplish goals of developing and managing hospital based rehabilitation services business relationships within the division and assisting with identifying and implementing plans to grow management services business.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, related field
- 3+ years Sales and Business Development experience in Business to Business sales preferred. Experience in either acute and/or long term care sales preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and grow a sales territory, form business relationships inside and outside of the company, show solid financial understanding of revenue, cost, development of client facing materials in support of the new client development, and presentation skills.
